For archive submissions, we may ask you for further information about people, places, dates, events and stories shown in the footage. This helps TapeStories preserve and present archive material accurately and respectfully.

Where you agree to Free Archive Submission terms, selected footage and story information may be used publicly by TapeStories. We will handle such material with care, but contributors should understand that archive submissions may be shared publicly.

6. Private Digitalisation

Private paid digitisation enquiries and footage remain private and will not be published unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

TapeStories may use third-party tools such as Web3Forms, email providers, WhatsApp, hosting providers and cloud storage providers to receive, process or store enquiries and communications.
